- Woolamai Surf Lifesaving Club patrols Cowes Main Beach, Smiths Beach and Cape Woolamai Surf Beach over the summer. Please see the patrol times above.
- Lifesavers are only on duty when the red and yellow flags are displayed. Remember to always swim between the flags
