Established in 1948, San Remo Fisherman's Co-op sources fresh, locally caught seafood from their fishing Members and boats, with sustainably harvested species including lobster, scallops, octopus, gummy shark, snapper, rock flathead, and more.

The Co-op offers award winning fish and chips, alongside a great selection of Fish of the Day and Fisherman's favourites highlighting the days fresh catch.

December 2025, the Co-op opened the doors to their brand-new Fresh Seafood Shop. Relocated from within the chip shop back into the original space first opened in 1984, with a fresh and updated new offering the same top-quality seafood and fish and you know and love.

Taking over the space, the Co-op have opened a Grab & Go Seafood bar, situated within the chip shop as you enter on the left, you are greeted with fresh, ready to eat Seafood - it's all about trying something new, grabbing an old favourite or satisfying that seafood craving.

Free daily pelican feeding continues to be a must-see highlight on the waterfront, led by specifically trained feeders who know these birds inside and out, on everyday from 12pm.
