Destination Phillip Island is offering support and financial assistance for businesses wanting to join the Quality Tourism Framework (QTF)

The Quality Tourism Framework (QTF) is run by VTIC and provides businesses with the necessary online tools and resources to ensure best practice management, customer confidence and ongoing sustainability.

The QTF incorporates three of Australia’s well-respected industry programs:

· Quality Tourism Accreditation

· Star Ratings

· Australian Tourism Awards, including the Victorian Tourism Awards
