Welcome to Sunderland Escape our coastal chic property! This exquisite escape provides a perfect blend of coastal charm and modern elegance. A well-appointed and beautifully furnished home, close to the Sunderland Bay surf beach and the Grand Prix racetrack.

Step inside and be welcomed by a tastefully curated interior, featuring light and airy hues, natural textures and coastal inspired accents. The open concept design creates an inviting space to entertain or simply unwind.

Comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests and features a balcony with views of open fields to sit and have a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening.

This double storey house features 3 bedrooms (4 beds), 1 main bathroom, 2 toilets and 2 showers, laundry with a top loading washing machine downstairs. Two bedrooms have queen beds with TVs and the 3rd bedroom has a double bunk bed.

The upstairs features an open plan living and dining area with a smart TV and reverse cycle air conditioner. Comfortable sofas to relax on after a long day at the beach or sightseeing. A well-appointed kitchen with a fridge, electric oven and electric hot plates, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, pod coffee maker, air fryer, slow cooker and kitchen utensils, saucepans, cutlery, and crockery plus more.

An outdoor entertainment deck at the rear with BBQ and an outdoor setting. A firepit is available out the back to use for those chilly nights.

We take pride in providing all the little extras that will make your stay at Sunderland Escape unforgettable. You'll find everything you need for a relaxing holiday, including a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and a few pantry essentials. Shampoo, Conditioner and body wash are complimentary for your use in the bathroom. We also provide crisp White linen, towels, bathmats, and handtowels at the property for your use to make you feel like you are staying at a luxurious hotel but with a homely feel.
