Oswin Roberts Cottage is the only property on Phillip Island with such close proximity to the Rhyll Inlet whose mangroves and wetlands are listed under the Ramsar Convention as having international importance. The walking tracks through the mangroves is a habitat for migratory birds and provide amazing bird observing opportunities.

As night falls watch the majestic bird life and colours change over the Inlet, and see the wallabies come up to feed.
