Information
Caldermeade Farm & Cafe is located on the South Gippsland Highway and makes a perfect half way stop from Melbourne to Phillip Island.
The farm is a fully operational jersey dairy farm milking the Jersey cows live from the viewing room every day from 2:30pm.
Enjoy a guided rural tractor tour which includes entering a paddock and be surrounded by the milking herd. Get up close with the bottle fed baby calves. Take a tour of the large rotary dairy - all this while learning about what it takes to run and work on a farm.
The tours are run daily and can be catered to all group sizes and needs.
Also offer special tours for school group of all ages.
They have tailored packages which can include lunch/morning -afternoon tea.
