Seaside Gem is a holiday house located in Sunderland Bay, Phillip Island.
This modern property has an open planned family room with 42″ plasma TV. There are 4 bedrooms with doonas and pillows provided – bring your own linen or hire. There is an ensuite to the master bedroom and the main bathroom includes a large spa bath. The fully equipped kitchen caters for all your needs including a dishwasher. A great outdoor gazebo with BBQ and outdoor setting, lovely backyard for the kids to play in.

- Booking Conditions: Pet friendly outside only. If you are under 25 years old we require photo ID and a bond applies. Also under no circumstances is there to be more than 10 stay at the house. This house will be presented to each booking in terrific order we ask if it can be left as you find it, for the enjoyment of all guests.
