The open planned dining/lounge area has reverse cycle air conditioning, TV, DVD and CD players. The modern bathroom features a bath, large shower, toilet and vanity. The large outdoor deck has a BBQ and dining setting. You also have access (shared with owners) to the second-floor games room with a pool table, table tennis and laundry with washing machine and dryer. Shared access is also available for the outdoor clothesline and fully fenced extensive gardens.
