1. Whale Watching Phillip Island

From mid May to September, you can discover these beautiful majestic creatures along the coastline of Phillip Island and Bass Coast on the Whale Discovery Trail. Watch the world’s smallest penguins waddle in at sunset (make sure you rug up) and hand-feed kangaroos, and learn about a range of Australian wildlife with Maru’s Koala and Animal Park experiences. Wander tree-top boardwalks at the Koala Conservation Reserve and spot koalas in their natural habitat, or go bird spotting at one of the natural areas such as Swan Lake.
